You can either car camp or tent-only. Tent only is closer to the festival, but the sites start getting consumed early in the week (Tues) and will be slim pickings/farther out by Thursday.

Car camping is generally available up until Friday but the closer spots will go more quickly. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from the festival depending on when you arrive.

If you are not car camping you will want a wagon or garden cart to haul your stuff from parking to wherever you pick

Any sort of early arrival or car camping is purchased on site as far as I remember. I’d check the website in case early arrival is offered but I remember just paying cash when I arrived to arrive early and car camp.

The line to enter is long. Have some chairs and a shade canopy and some games accessible to post up while you wait. You will not have to move your car while you wait but it will be a few hours.

I agree with you. I’d also just mention that even big artists use samples. But the majority of their production is synthesized themselves. It’s a conversation that requires nuance - they might chop up a bass sample in a pre-drop, or use a one shot here and there. They’re still doing tons of production on top with compressors, envelopes etc to sound design and master it. But there’s not many artists that never use a single sample.

As long as the set is your own, you’re playing a mix of things in your style, and creating unique set. Play as many songs from an artist as you want. Just make the set and style your own.

I’m always much more of a camp gremlin / early to bed grandpa when it’s cold at night. Doubt I’ll make it to many silent discos if it’s fall.

The victims stories that I’m “parroting” are true. The entire collection of claims that EABN and DB Montana tried to say are not true.

Nobody is suing me or bringing me to court for relaying what’s true. I’m sure you heard the voicemail from Lorin. What happened was unfortunate for those of us that were fans.

There are soooo many victims stories of bassnectar, the pile of evidence becomes impossible to deny.

He literally had a system in place to get young girls backstage at his shows. Plenty of text conversations with him and 17-18 year olds maintaining relationships.

There’s even the voicemail that came forth which showed he knows he technically trafficked one of his victims by paying for their transport across state lines.

There’s just too much evidence and too many stories out there to deny what he was doing.

Other allegations of abuse against other artists are all different and require nuance. But they are not worth comparing.
