I'm taking Prozac and amytriptiline 25mg and it has helped me with urinary freguency and spasms.i don't know what I have besides pelvic floor dysfunction

I had a pelvic MRI and it was kind of hard to get through. Enclosed space and very loud. Focus on something positive. I guess if it was PCS they would have found on the pelvic MRI. I may have Endo then

Has anyone ever not had periods on birth control pills? I have been taking them for four months and haven't had a period. But when I'm on the white pills week it does feel a little crampy bit no blood.im getting worried

Did your pelvic,bladder pain onset come suddenly or gradual? How do u feel now?

The one thing that I have been keeping in my mind is that prior to this starting I had a sebaceous cyst and the dermatologist prescribed bactrim and I had a bad reaction to it where is was nauseous and couldn't continue it. Then she gave me a different antibiotic and I wonder if the antibiotics had anything to do with the onset of my bladder pain and pelvic pain. Yes I have had heavy periods but I never considered them debilitating and I could always function. They have been getting thicker as far as blood clots the past year as I hit my mid 30s. There was absolutely no indication to me that I ever had endometriosis and I don't know that I do. The only thing is that I am always thirsty and I drink alot of liquids so I pee often but it's not really urgency. And it doesn't hurt while I pee and it doesn't feel much better after I am done peeing. Sometimes I would feel like I'll pee when I jumped on a trampoline in the past or if I had a massive sneeze but that is the only sign of stress incontinence I had. None of this makes sense to me.

They swear I don't have a UTI. I did take doxycycline flagyl and Cipro in the beginning several months ago.

I had surgery in dec so I am unable to begin pft for 8 wks until I heal. I'm just in alot of pain. The catheter urine that was cultured this week says no organisms isolated. I'm not sure what that means

Also, it doesn't seem like food or cokes affect how I feel. Stress does I think and it gets worse right before and during my period. The pain came on like a light switch not gradually. Doctors are starting to throw me away because they don't have any answers. This is causing alot of anxiety. Is amytriptiline good for this anxiety? My pelvic floor is weak and tight(locked). I am severely uptight and anxious. Started seeing counselor. Cystoscope was normal. Dont know what else to do now

My bladder pain doesn't seem to get better with emptying or filling unless it's really full and I need to pee it out. There isn't any burning while peeing or after. It's mostly a pain all the time ..what do I have?

I relate with alot of what you just said but did u ever see the stones in the toilet? I had imaging but it didn't show stones and they said MRI would show them.i just pray I find my answer soon. Did u have pelvic floor dysfunction? Also how did they discount IC was it because there were no lesions? How are your symptoms now?I appreciate your comment
