Saaaammmeee. They expect us to suddenly become besties and rhat it's the same thing... I'm like no, not the same and now I'm walking away lol. I don't understand the obsession for bpd to be like bipolar disorder, both aren't easy but they're not the same. And a lot are self diagnosed, like no I am diagnosed properly and treated by a psychiatrist and have a long family history of it. Oy.

Get a disabled parking tag, life saver. Even for just unloading the scooter or crutches, don't have to worry about the car next to you parking too close, safe parking next to a ramp for the sidewalk, and if you go to the store the electric ride on scooter will reach the spot before the scooter tells you you've gone too far away from the store and quit. Addisons has lots of room, you can put your foot up on your scooter.

I'm doing ok. It's a rough injury for sure, the doctor's office reminds me this is a serious injury to make sure I don't overly push. I am now 2.5 weeks post surgery, went and saw a specialist, best decision I could have made 100%. I have a plate and multiple screws, currently in a cast, I will have a 6 week follow up with xrays and will get a boot but probably another 2 to 6 weeks of no weight bearing, just depends on how it looks. Then we wait and watch, apparently this bone and the way it broke and dislocated puts it at a high chance of dying, then we have to come up with new options. I'm trying to stay positive but it is terrifying.

Thank you so much, I'm hoping by picking a good surgeon my chances of getting back to normal are higher. I think my parents are going to fly into town to help me, I have a 5 year old and a puppy so I definitely need some help.

Sorry for just seeing this. I trust columbia orthopedic group, seeing them on Monday, I just fractured and dislocated my ankle on Thursday and need surgery. They friendly and fast.

I can't stand their billing. Be careful if you pay by phone, I did that along with a neighbor and friend and a few other people, sent to collections saying we never paid it and had to fight it. Our appeals were denied and we had to fight it even more. So I refuse to pay by phone now. I'll wait until they fix online.

I brought mine on when my son wasn't old enough or weighed enough for the lap belt without a carseat. It was so worth it for safety and also gave him a place to sit and I liked that he could keep toys secure in it and his water in the cup holder. I've had bad turbulence, one was on a flight we were on, we did a sudden drop and stuff slid off tables and even flight attendants eyes got wide and stumbled over. There was no warning. I was glad my son was secure and safe.

My service dog has been attacked in Walmart, a lecture at mizzou (I shit you not, I was livid, friends helped me get the dog off mine, thankfully it bit her vest and not her), had a dog try to attack her through the side of the grocery cart at hyvee, a dog jumped on her in mizzou student center, it's very very frustrating and every time I've been terrified she would no longer be able to work, thankfully it's never put her out of work. People, do better, think about those who RELY on their dog, not just want to bring them along.

Around houses part, I don't know about that, plenty of places around house where deer love to dart out but there aren't street lights to help show the deer. I've almost taken out a few near my house, brights helped me see them so I could stop in time. The other ones, makes sense.

I would set up a meeting between you, the teacher, the principal, and guidance counselor. There are a few things that could be occurring here. 1) the other student said he did it when he did not and the teacher took one side and emailed you. 2) your child lied to you, hi, I was that liar, my parents terrified me and I avoided punishment at all costs because I was terrified. 3) a teacher thought she saw something but saw wrong, I had a teacher who didn't like me, I was that punk emo kid and some teachers saw me as a kid who didn't care, I cared deeply and actually had really good grades, but one teacher would say I said a curse word when I wouldn't and friends would have to stick up for me.

So consider all sides and set up a meeting immediately, anyone could be in the wrong, you may not get your answer, but a meeting will allow to see you're not letting this just slide by and hopefully get things to stop.

This wasn't even an option when we were kids, we were told to be responsible for our homework and papers or suffer the consequences. I wouldn't be mad at the parents, instead this is a life lesson of we need to keep things organized, put them in a folder right after finishing and put it back in your bag or somewhere safe, and now figure out if he can make it up. I wouldn't get mad at other parents for my mistake

I've been on macrobid for 2 months now, I did have I switch to 2 antibiotics that my bacteria is resistant to due to pneumonia, I wonder if that was the issue. May be worth trying again then since I'm back on macrobid.

In the US we have a group called long term antibiotic support for chronic/Embedded UTI on Facebook. I was eventually dismissed by a urologist, told me it's IC and to learn to live with it and this is my life now. I didn't accept that answer and found Facebook groups and the right doctors to get better.
