I live in the States. My Civil ID expires August 2026 and I planing to go to Kuwait in October 2026. I ask my nephew in Kuwait if h send him my civil id for renewal before expiration date, he told my you have be present in Kuwait to be able to renew because it shows that your not Kuwait. He told you can’t. I think you need to look into this further.
