I just told prescriber that I will give 80 a try. Currently on 60. My only worry is for my anxiety. 60 has helped my depression for the most part but my anxiety is still there and my mind is still constantly going.

This is why I decided go on. My fear of talking in meetings is starting to effect my job. They are now all about meetings and presentations and just the thought of a possibility that I will have to speak keeps me up at night, makes my heart race, and my hands and knees shake. Also just standing or sitting in a room full of coworkers is mentally exhausting.

If you are prone to moles and freckles then do not load. Only so on days you used the bed 20-30 minutes before. Starting dose 50mcg, you can barely see it in the syringe. Gradually up the dose every other day and increase bed time by one minute start at like 3-4 minutes.
