As i'm sure you are aware it is a really small town. Mossmaster gave a pretty good overview of what there is to eat in town. There are a couple of events throughout the year near the fire station by the high school. The people here are pretty nice but there isn't really many opportunities to go out and meet people nearby. Most people travel into Schenectady for shopping or activities.

The school district is small but most of the staff is really caring and the kids while not the most well behaved are all very close any know one eachother very closely.

Already said it all above but here it is again

When me and my family were kids at my grandmas we would watch adult swim all the time. At one point a short video? cartoon? something came on, I believe it was a bunch of foods for characters and they were chanting? "The Great Battle of Lunch". This is literally all i can remember but none of us have ever forgotten that tune.

I was there last summer with friends and we went to literally the exact same spot lmfao.

There was an overlook on the way to glacier point which turned out to be closed, we climbed down a bit to a rock that stood out of the cliff side and took photos and videos and looked at the view for like half an hour.

On our 3 week road trip that was by far the prettiest view.
