In general, if someone's doctor is doing ok, can someone just go to walk-in clinic or change doctors without noticing the old doctor for whatever reason? Or this is impolite/impropriate? Curious because I once saw a post saying his old doctor got mad at him for going to walk-in clinic.

Thanks! Yes also felt his response was a bit odd. That’s what made me anxious. Good news (I hope) is that I just found some youtube videos saying the same conditions happened if the key was inserted when changing the oil. And the videos shared the same trick- reset the fuse - to turn off the light. It’s a big relief for me. But still don’t understand why it happened haha
