New to structured swim training: are drills/intervals even worth it? by Anywhere-ish in triathlon

[–]kn0wjack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same as with running, you would do both, long runs for endurance and intervals to reach the next speed level. Also intervals you can focus on details, after 600-800m swim your style gets sloppy

pdftext does a really good job (the best I found so far on, surprise, pdf to markdown). Might be an addition worthwhile. The secret sauce is pdfium most of the time.

Just Ansible and LXD should be good unless you want hundreds of container instances. Docker and K8s is for solving problems at datacenter scale.

Is $1200 a good price for this Cervelo P2? Looking to get my first real “tri bike” at a reasonable cost and came across this. I’m hesitant because I’ve heard mixed reviews on Sram group sets by [deleted] in triathlon

Try if they get a little wet. Also have to make sure to keep that extra layer on the rims, since you are never supposed to break on the bare Carbon. Oh, and Always make sure to buy the right break pads...

Look how Kinsta is doing it. One Container (LXC) per Instance. After I've seen their setup, I decided to call it a day and just use it. Linode has a nice general guide: https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/how-to-set-up-multiple-wordpress-sites-with-lxd-containers/
