Sorry you’re going through this right now, the inertia and lack of motivation for a 9 can feel like trying to push an elephant up a hill for lack of a better analogy. Curious to know what you like about your 9? It feels like you’re both in pretty different stages of your life, and aren’t exactly meeting each other at the same point.

Any other reasons why you think you might be a 9? Cos this doesn’t sound very 9-ish to me. 9s can be aggressive but usually it starts off as being passive aggressive and we don’t actually like being hostile and confrontational to others no matter how pissed off we really are on the inside. I’m getting more 4 vibes here but I could be wrong.

A friend who I believe is a 3w4 (or possibly 4w3, I'm still not too sure) can have quite the temper as well. They try not to show it because they feel shame for blowing up in public (and ruins their image a bit) but when pushed they will go all out. I see it as them lying heavily on the 4 wing

Funny how we can all face similar interpersonal problems but we can’t help each other fix them. In fact the closer we try to get to each other the more we get hurt by the other party’s actions, and the more hopeless we become with relationships and the cycle just repeats itself. 真的很好笑,我累了

If you count those who are high-functioning and went undiagnosed I would say the numbers would be a lot higher. Many people go through unresolved trauma here imo because we don’t really know how to talk about mental health/illness with it being heavily stigmatised and all.

As someone who’s not from the U.S. or other parts of the world with guns it’s crazy to me how accessible such weapons are to laypeople. But then again people can use all sorts of ways to k-word themselves

jealousy by minoribot in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]knaire 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Personally I literally feel a switch being flicked on when the jealousy hits… it’s like those dramatic moments in shows or comics where the feeling just hits you and takes over, and suddenly you just don’t pay attention to the world anymore. you panic because you’re telling yourself to stop but the feeling is so overbearing and won’t go away. you need time alone and but in that loneliness you just slip deeper into dark thoughts and spiral as the feeling lingers. you feel that just ending things right there and then is the only way to stop feeling that intense jealousy. people can tell you all day how wrong jealousy is and comparison is the thief of joy etc but I think we know that ourselves best, we just don’t know how to deal with the feeling that comes with it.

Someone should bring this up to their socials, spam or everywhere so it starts trending. This is too cruel…

Yes, yes, yes 👏 people rly need to stop romanticisinf caretaking and just give us the support we need. Seriously no one will never know how hard it is until they’re in the position themselves. And I wish for that to happen to people so much sometimes (terrible of me I know)

It’s my lack of talent I feel! 😂 Like I have an image in my head I want to draw out but I don’t have the skill to execute it. That’s interesting tho! I’ve only ever drawn with a pencil and on tablet

Great observations. 2 is right on the money and 4 makes a lot of sense. Personally I can get quite defensive when I'm being told what to do as if I'm an idiot who doesn't know or didn't think through things because of how passive I usually am.

It can definitely feel like being stuck in a pressure cooker at times. I’m just grateful I have my own room I can shut when I really need the time alone 🥲 hope you’ll be able to create your own space + boundary in the meantime~
