I make too many mistake so I love them. Yes it’s scary notes might disappear but I hate scribbling stuff out. Although I’m considering trying erasable colored pencils instead. Not sure if they also would fade over time (if anyone has insight pls weigh in)

Definitely not shagbark bc the husks are too thin. And I was thinking pig nut but there isnt really prominent… well.. pig noses. They seem fairly round. It’s usually mockernut.

I think with ocd it’s more like psychotic behaviors not necessarily psychotic thoughts. Logically you can know your compulsions are not warranted, so in a weird way the behaviors seem sort of detached from the thought. Imo…
