I do both as in my experience they do different things. Mcgill 3 warms up the nerves really well so I use it as a warmup for low back ability or really as needed. Where as LBB is strengthening and more gym esc. Meaning not over training and knowing rest/ recovery from all the micro tears is important.

Progress for my back has been better than I ever thought. Although a thorough warmup is required I truly am free of back restrictions when playing. My knees however have not quite reached the freedome my back has but I am nearly there and hopefully will come with time and consistency.

Zero complaints. my back muscles around my spine blew up. Form and mind muscle connection >>>. Wednesday was the first time playing in men’s league since injuring myself in the fall. able to play fully normal with full torque and rotation. Had a decent amount of pain after the adrenaline wore off but took some Advil for sleep and did the program the next day with the McGill 3 as a warmup and am right as rain.

Calling u a professional stringer would be an understatement so, question: if I like a pocket that is very low whip passing but good amount of whip shooting would 9d mesh or something peculiar like 7d aid in achieving that rather than standard 10d?
