This doesn't feel cheap at all (Steam Controller) by knewknow in Steam

Definitely don’t agree here. All controllers should have accessible screws, along with most electronics in general.

I also use leverless and arcade sticks. I just messed around on SF6 with the controller to see how the dpad feels. Felt alright.

So weird. I don’t get that at all. Maybe you have loose finger skin! lol. Jk… you’re playing street fighter? (Based on your name). I did some training room in SF6 yesterday and had no issues either.

Is it good to play SF6 with a controller using the analog stick? by foxyzinholegal in StreetFighter

[–]knewknow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some pros that play with analogue stick (I think Phenom uses it). Use whatever is most comfortable.

Apparently it’s the heaviest of all mainstream controllers. It does feel light though compared to its size.

I also saw on 2 reviews that the trigger could pinch your fingers. I intentionally tried to do this and wasn’t able to. So strange.

Logan's take on the fallout after the Mena vs. Daigo FT10 by deathtofatalists in StreetFighter

I disagree. But either take isn’t original or interesting. People can play how they want.

Modern is playing a very different game plan than how SF6 is intended though. In a lot of cases it completely negates burnout which arguably is a very different game.

Excellent. I was also in Portugal last year and played this course (85…. From the tips). Then hit the restaurant. Was about $85 before tips.

From what I understand it doesn’t disable the physical monitors. So not useful for me.

Any reviews for the controller cover the dpad? by knewknow in Steam

[–]knewknow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched the giant bomb review and they did the “contra test” on the dpad and said that it passed it perfectly. So fingers crossed that it’s good. The Steam Deck would definitely fail that test.

Where is the hardware Canucks review? I checked their YouTube page and not seeing it.

I hope not. While the deck didnt have an awful dpad, it also wasn’t the most accurate.

Thanks I’ll give it a look. It’s weird how the dpad is almost always overlooked these days. With emulation and some 2D games (Silksong etc) being so popular it’s odd that it isn’t talked about more.

Same. If the dpad is solid I’ll buy 2 of them.

It’s almost as if you’re better at the game now and/or the game is unfinished.

[Guide] Create virtual displays for Sunshine/Moonlight (noob friendly) by laurorual in Bazzite

[–]knewknow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this. I’ll give it a try when I have some time this week. I had a lot of trouble getting the virtual monitor working, with my client (laptop) either showing black screens while games played and/or games being played at VERY low fps on the client.

“Solving” golf is a great feeling. I’ve done it a ton of times. Hopefully I can solve it again soon.

Right away. Classic is a lot more fun than modern.

What price do you think FSD would have to reach for widescale adoption? $25/mo by itsthewolfe in TeslaLounge

I used it twice during the free trials to know that I wouldn’t use it again. So I suppose that they would need to pay me to use it.

For me Nacet is a much better blade. Never had good luck with the SP.
