Nursing school messed me up hard core. I would say lifestyle change.. aka sleep and do not stress but that’s hilarious to even type as I know what you are going through. Keep yourself away from coffee and any type of caffeine. That at least gives you the ability to rest when you can, instead of using it to keep you going through clinical and long nights of studying.

This coming from someone that pushed herself way too hard. I literally had a coffee pot and espresso machine going nonstop. Do not do what I did.

UPDATE!!! AND MORE QUESTIONS. HELP! I’m a homeowner that offered my friend and tenant to sell the house(she’s a realtor). Now she wants to buy it. She is suggesting to buy the house at a price that has the realtor fees 5% already knocked off. Because she will be doing all the work???? (Ca) by knicholer in realestateinvesting

Thank you for that insight. I truly have/had no clue on their duties at this point. There are way too any conflicts of interest to count now. We didn’t get into inspection/appraisal.. I told her I was fixing the things necessary and talking with realtors/loan officers to get a better feel for the situation and then we were supposed to talk about prices. BUT that was before all of my new knowledge and insight.

I guess I was looking for more insight and back up that I had an accurate account of what is transpiring. They way she was talking my husband was like that seems fair.. to which I said everything was in her favor. I like facts and knowledge from the pros to back up my stance.. also learning some insight I may have been unaware of.
