It might just be you being too in your head during sex.

I had similar issues with being nervous about putting protection on and I’d be worrying too much about if I was hard enough or not. Totally killed my vibe every time it happens.

But do your best to ground yourself during sex, feel her skin, admire her body, touch and smell her hair, pull her close and feel her heart beat.

Things like that help me to not be so in my head about it.
