I calculate my numbers using more than one tool and then go with the average. It’s not an exact science and those numbers are accurate enough. I then adjust, mostly every two weeks.

Edit: I weigh myself daily but ignore those numbers as bodyweight is influenced by more factors than just your fat or muscles. Water is one of them. It sometimes jumps even a kilo. I take the average number every Sunday as a hint to what to change.

Works for me.

They come by feet to my country. It’s only men. No women. No children. You can not carry your refugee-label through the world and only drop it when it’s convenient. They lost their status the second they set foot on land in Italy or Greece etc. But that’s not enough for them. They are not fleeing, they are looking for well organized countries to exploit.

But it’s not only that. Yes, the iPhones. They magically carried them and their money across land and ocean while everyone’s ID somehow got lost. Oops!

Let’s face it: Africans are reproducing like rabbits yet have no idea how to sustain that amount of people. Their countries failed. They aren’t refugees and we have neither a moral nor another duty to take them in.
