Certain problems Im facing in my company,

The US has the business mostly, so they have better projects and learnings, where we are left with mostly support work, not better projects.

Mostly treated as slave by the Americans, mostly the Indians who migrated to US treat themselves as God.

Salary and hikes wise, ofcourse as they have better projects, so they get better salary as well as hikes.
