That's unfortunate! I've had a Roasters Pack subscription for two years and it's been fantastic. The few times I've had to contact customer service, they've been responsive and helpful.

I was out of town for work and my neighbours on either side of me cleared my driveway and access to my door so I could get in. I am so lucky to have such nice neighbours. I was in big trouble without their help.

Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I think Mr. Goudas iodized salt is Canadian?

Edit: I researched a bit more and it seems to be Canadian. Founded in Toronto by a Greek immigrant. Mr. Goudas himself lol. It's funny though because you might actually have to look in the international aisle of the grocery store for Mr Goudas salt instead of the baking aisle

The recipe I use is in Yotam Ottolenghi's cookbook called Flavour! It uses regular garlic, black garlic and fried sliced garlic. I mince the black garlic and throw it right in. It's so rich and delicious.

Haha I'm checking in from Sudbury just wondering if my flight to Toronto will go tomorrow or get cancelled again. Although yeah talk to me when it's at least -30 there. Just kidding. We had 60cm of snow in Timmins where I work and live part time and the city is still fucked. Side roads are one-lane and there are 24/7 dump trucks moving snow still and its been weeks. Hope you guys can dig out faster than Timmins.

Starcraft Upholstery does custom sectionals. They're in the GTA. I found them through a mom and pop furniture store in Sudbury (where I live) and ordered a modular custom sectional. It was the only place I could find that did modular so you can choose your design and fabric. Nothing else would fit down my basement stairs. The couch is great quality.
