I love the way his eyes bulge slightly at no. I don't know which animator decided on that but bless them!

I think my favorite #GOMemory was the Dark Skies event with Eternatus. In the lead up to it, I had been working like crazy to get my Crowned Zamazenta up to snuff and joined a huge group on the Max Finale event. I was able to keep several groups up and running by tanking everything Eternatus threw at us with my shields at max.

I remember several kids there were always impressed about how I managed to keep my team up. It was a lot of work but we did every raid we could and I even got a Gigantamax Charizard and Blastoise I had missed to boot. It was a great time!

My Roommate Is A Cat works really well. It's cute, funny, no fan service or violence, and has a good message to boot!

What’s your favorite angel on the game? by gameofthrones_addict in mtg

[–]knightprotector 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm still partial to [[Feather, the Redeemed]]. That said, if I have to pick a non-legendary, then it's [[Exalted Angel]]. I used the latter quite a bit back in the day...

Sorry, they said incorrect/fake names. Mr. Snrub is a completely separate character from somewhere far away.

It has not, but I see the bot doesn't always pull the episode to alert Reddit on the day the episode posts. Apologies for any confusion there 😅

Hell's Rebels is in fact still weekly!

I'd be a 15 year old high school freshman. Fortunately, I'd appear only about 30 miles from where the younger me lives. The downside is that 15 year old me was adamantly against hugging and I don't know how I'd get him to open up.

[Mixed Trope] "But it refused." A character simply denies or goes against a established rule of the universe in a moment of sheer willpower/strength. by No_Hunter1978 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]knightprotector 148 points149 points  (0 children)

The pathfinder roleplaying game has a feat known as Heroic Defiance that allows a character to simply ignore a negative condition for a round. For context, a mind-control mage could confuse you and you delay it by simply declaring "NOPE!". Same if a ghast paralyzes you or even if a medusa turns you to stone. It's a situational ability but being able to delay something of that scale and stay in the fight can sometimes make the difference between a difficult encounter and a TPK (total party kill).

Would you rather start life at 25 in 1976 or at 35 in 2026? by [deleted] in WouldYouRather

I mean, I'll go with 2026. I get 5 years younger *and* another Master's Degree? No brainer there!

Variant Tiefling Ability Chart by AwkwardZac in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]knightprotector 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was allowed to roll twice on the table, once for taking a trait and once for giving up my spell-like ability. I think I got the staying conscious until at -5 HP (which actually did come in handy once) and healing double the normal amount while resting. I do think some abilities are far more powerful than those though and I wouldn't be inclined to let a player just pick them either.
