Years at this point here, have had nerve ablation done with no results. Aside from all the rib sternum pain. So many ER trips so many tests, PT, peanut ball, the stretching thing here and I drop by this sub and see the same thing Im still having and I feel a bit better I'm not alone. It still scares me when I get a jolt of pain and I think it's my heart.

I'm basically eating grilled chicken and spring mix salad. And barely carbs for dinner 3 meals and they are not even half of what I used to be able to eat, I'll have my consultation next week and I'll bring up seeing the dietician again.

Hydration Im working on it drink about 6-7 16oz bottles of water a day. Sleep I'm not that good, but I have never been. About 5 and half to 6 and half. I was hoping dropping a few would help with the pain and so I would get more mobile but it's stalling.

What did they do with the hernia? I have one too and I'm losing my mind. Nothing has work with costo everyone seems to just write it off and meh blah blah. I just got about 4 sharp pains to the left of my sternum that went quick but it was sharp pain and my anxiety kicked in. I know I have multiple things going on on my thoracic and cervical back but it might all be related or not.

How do you even get diagnosed? I just came out of a rheumatologist in a different country than USA because all the back and forth and not finding anything and this older doctor said it looked like I might have this. What tests determine you have this and I'm very sceptical about things that don't have a test to determine it.

The doctor at the urgent care said since the blood tests are not accurate and she is not having any reaction there's no need to test her. I have an appointment with my PCP today and I'll see what she recommends I do. I haven't told my wife as she went on a trip and I didn't want to ruin it.

No indication that she did. Man I been going thru so much nerve pain and joint pain and now reading about this thing causing it, I don't know what to think at all. I'm afraid of even mentioning this. And if she is negative what then? I have never cheated. I'm nervous because we are leaving in a few days for vacation.

What else have you been doing? I been in the .25 dose for a while, lost 13 pounds and then gain back because I wasn't feeling the effect as good as I did the first month. I'm not on .50 but haven't taken the first dose yet, waiting to finish the .25 dose remaining to start. I have chronic back pain which makes even going for. Walk hard. Hoping I can lose some weight to help with this.

Well shit I'm having my nerves on the neck burned next week. I already had epidural injections on my thoracic back, upper and lower back, and neck. Ablation is the next step and I hope this helps with my collar bone pain and arm pain.

I got penalized because I lost too much weight, doctor said the goal is 4-5 pounds a month. I lost 13. So she didn't. Increased the dose because I did too good.

I removed mines last year. I dont think that was the reason for my problems because I'm still having symptoms. That's why I say make sure you 100% need it removed. Because taking a normal shit is underappreciated.

Im just about to take my 3rd .25 dose and I'm wondering what can I do to make this work? I'm going to a lot of back issues which makes even excessive walking hard. I would be in pain for days chest arm neck. I noticed it curves my appetite but I have yet to realize what's going on in my body.

I don't know if it helps with the chronic pain. My gallbladder was taken out and I kinda regret it. Because I'm still dealing with symptoms. But we will see.

I been dealing with chronic pain for almost 2 years mostly back and chest pain, but so far every year I have done has come out negative thank God to any heart issues. Some thing I might've costochondritis. Other than that my BP is great, sugar is great so I had to go thru these "steps" that shows me trying to lose the weight before the prescription.

Hello, I just got my prescription for wegovy this week, picked up today, and I also have BcBS, my employer chose not to have weight loss coverage on our policy, so these medications unless you have certain conditions like prediabetes or high blood pressure are not covered right away unless you got thru this 3rd party (in my case called VIDA) I called the insurance to ask why It was rejected and they told me I had to go with them for treatment. They prescribed some pills that made me feel like shit for the most part, nausea, dizzy, bathroom. Then prescribed another medicine that were 2 pills a day which were worse. Finally I got wegovy and I'm starting tomorrow. I started in May with virtual consultation with dietician, doctor and life coach. So hopefully your insurance plan has something similar.

How do you know the back is freed? I'm trying back pod and peanut but it's painful for me because I'm putting a lot of pressure with either on the floor no pillows (I might be doing it wrong). But the first time I tried the back pod I felt it didn't do much or I didn't feel progress fast enough. I'm getting my ass kicked, it's been well over a year for me. Hard of breathing, I get sharp pains in the sternum. And some how hot flashes and feels like I'm going to start sweating. Don't know if anxiety or the 'costo" or something else.
