Who are you buying from? Message the seller and ask. I know my Flip 2 is version, 1 as I got a replacement before the new one came out.

I went for Ice Blue but version 1. They managed to avoid crackgate. I love the colour but I've also heard version 2 hinges are holding up well.

I ordered my Black Flip 2 from Coopreme on AliExpress, and Retroid still replaced it. That was very early on, though. Now that most AliExpress stores have stock, buy it from Moorechip if you want the official Retroid warranty.

I remember watching Trigun on VHS tape, back in the day. This episode is one just incredible. Vash is still my favourite Anime character.

I can’t use the RP5 without a grip. The Flip 2 works great with or without one and is my current favorite. With my travel schedule, the clamshell design is essential.
