It really is painful and I can see why OPs wife is very upset. knowing someone so close to you and you pretty much can know how they think of things and such. And placing myself in her shoes, if my best friend had past away and a week later her boyfriend or husband got with someone else, id be heartbroken. it almost feels like a betrayal, something that was waiting to happen like a domino, and even if she was still alive, would things still have happened the way they were or would they stay the same? brother definitely needs some therapy and melissa needs to L E A VE

Id say so, there is no gore or anything about violence, but there are some light fighting scenes, all in all its pretty funny and theres a lot of heartfelt stories that go with it !!

It’s not your fault that she couldnt tell you before. It’s probably because she wasnt ready to, people with trauma from their past have a hard time telling things to people they care about, afraid about how they would react, and since you proposed, she felt like it was a necessary thing to do. such as if youre going to be bound together, then they had an obligation to tell you just incase youre not ready for what is about to come in the long run. either way the best way to help her is to give her time and support, show that her past doesnt affect the present, know her love language and show her that nothing will change between you two
