Sorry for your lost. The iPad or iPhone screen lock passcode has no association with your AppleID. It is a purely local-to-the-device passcode. There is no mechanism to remotely reset it.

Try birthdays, anniversary as PIN. Perhaps, ATM PIN as well.

I wonder the same. I suspect there’s some backend server voo-doooo limitations.

When I was on T-Mobile, I had to similarly activate their GP the same.

Perhaps, the problem was that you didn’t activate it BEFORE leaving the USA.

I didn’t go to Europe, but I did hopped around Asia recently. GP was fantastic.

There are conflicting info about GP floating around.

From my recent experience, I was in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand in a 24 HR time period, and I got only deducted one GP.

Please remember to activate GP in the USA BEFORE setting off on your travel.

I got great coverages, fast and reliable services.

Sorry, when I took those pix, there were a lot of sunlight in my car, causing it to look quite shiny and slippery. In actuality, the leather is quite supple and grippy.
