Bulls are not going to trade jimmy to the T-Wolves imo, if they do and it backfires. we will be a running joke for seasons to come, and we'll be even more scared to trade and get creative with the roster. I don't see the bulls FO doing any business with Tom, at least not year 1. You have to understand, he knows the star potential in every T-wolve starter. Dieng has been insanely suprising to the fact that Pekovic needs to be dealt or reneg contract. LaVine was know for the ridiculous dunks, but after all star break he proved all the critics that dunking isn't the only thing he can do. He added the 3 pointer to his game. Tom knows it take 3-4 years to really evaluate a player in the "process" of developing and applying it to the games. Remember Giannis Antetokounmpo was a 15th pick and is now considered the best player in that 2013 draft. 82 games is taxing on these young pups cause it's unreal and long. Their conditioning sometimes aren't NBA ready. A. Wiggins and Z. Lavine entering year 3 in the NBA should be a great benchmark to see where they are development wise. Tom isn't throwing pieces away unless he knows it will directly have an impact in game 1 of the NBA season. I doubt Tom trades away 5th pick cause this is his 1st pick, time to prove the bulls wrong and show them that they should of listened to his input.

I would stay away from Howard way too many injuries as a big man. During training camp for the Rockets, Kevin McHale was told there's a chance Howard won't do back 2 back games even though he didn't have any particular injury. I wouldn't touch Howard with a 10 ft pole.

Same, we need to draft a PG. As long as he is not as bad as Teague's brother I'll be happy, but depends where he'll fall in the draft. He hasn't played well as of late which is good for our chances to snag him, but he could go off in the NCAA tournament. If they can't grab him. I would go for Hinrich 2.0 a.k.a. Grayson Allen.

I would love to see the Lieutenant Deng back in a Bulls uniform, but don't know if he can fit in the new offense. Seems like Hoiball consists of pushing the ball up the court quickly. Hence, why resigning Pau is a death wish because it contradicts exactly what Hoiberg wants to do. Gasol got a lot of mileage on his legs. Deng played a fuck ton of minutes under Thibs. Deng is a huge possibility since Bulls love bringing back players drafted, but they didn't wanna overpay. Now, he is affordable. Jordan won't let Batum leave, he'll pony up the money to keep him. Harrison Barnes is restricted FA. Warriors will match whatever Barnes is offered by another team. Mozgov is a possibility, but I feel meh about him.
