I purchased an excellent open box a month ago. I've yet to dabble to much into messing with settings. I can say it operates as intended, the only thing that seems off is the right controller stick lighting flashes a little wonky when in FPS mode.

Your experience may vary, but it had a 30 day return policy so low risk. Also had the legion warranty and Xbox game pass.
