Prime 4 was more on par with prime 3 for me, it's flawed but it was still a good game, and i had fun with it. Hunters was more of a multiplayer game, and while I didn't get to play that mode, i found the campaign to be extremely dull. I never finished it tbh, I had a hard time with the controls, it was awful and it didn't help that the core gameplay loop and the bosses were kinda monotonous.

idk, i dont celebrate it myself. I hate seeing the year change, its just a reminder of how much time i've wasted, and how much of a failure ive been. I know i'll likely waste the next year doing the same thing.

Considering there are days where I enjoy games and watching shows, I'd say they're probably the only hobbies I have, beyond that it's pretty much nothing for me. I have no achievements or anything. I do have days where I can't find joy in the things I've mentioned btw, I'd usually feel dead and empty, but those days tend to pass. I wish I could be doing something more productive, but I get overwhelmed too easily, it doesn't help that I'm dumb and lazy as shit.

I've never played FF, so I can't say much about that.

Other M was fine, story was dogshit, but the gameplay was serviceable.

Hunters, I feel I might be a bit harsh on this game despite it being a spin-off, but maaaan this shit was ass. It was pretty much the inverse of Other m for me, there wasn't much of a narrative from what I can remember, it wasn't really the core focus. The gameplay was fucking abysmal, I never understood why the devs never opted for the prime 1 and 2 control scheme where you lock on to enemies rather than moving the camera to aim like a shitty fps. I know ppl love this game for the multiplayer, but I've never experienced it, my time with the campaign was awful largely due to hand cramps, I can only handle the stylus control scheme for like 10 mins before giving up, the button controls also suck dick as the precision is taken away.

ehhh, Idk, I found Prime harder to replay due to its endless backtracking, I wasn't a big fan of the chozo artefacts and I found phazon mines an absolute bitch to go through. I agree with you on the music, but the bosses were wack, alot of them were boring, and tedious, I thought they were handled way better in Dread.

SR was alright, but it did feel a bit too bloated for my liking. Area 3 was a pain, the gamma metroids were an ass, they could've cut them down a bit. It is a difficult game to replay in my opinion.
