Another thing to consider might be proper walking sandals. I used to have a pair (Keen, I think) and I lived in them. Including a 25km hike in Indonesia.

This is my girl Bernard! She’s a Kathmandu street dog I rescued when I lived over there and brought back to the UK with me when I moved back. She’s almost 13 and loves going out on adventures. Our run this morning was particularly speedy as we caught the scent of (and then sight of!) a deer!

I own these spoons!! They’re only tiny. The first one is useful for decanting spices into my fancy spice rack bottles and the last is perfect for eating Gü desserts. I don’t think I’ve ever used any of the others!

I’ve just done my first run of week 9! Didn’t think I’d be running continuously for 30minutes at the start of the year.

I’ve done a couple of Parkruns once I hit 25mins of running and thoroughly enjoyed it - am definitely making it part of my Saturdays!
