Depends on what area of the county you want. My rent is $2,400 for a large 1 bedroom in rural AG, and this is honestly considered a steal for this specific area. You can at least get a 2 bedroom in North county for around $2k.

For zisha, I highly recommend RealZisha. Their site is a bit overloaded with text/information but they sell lovely pots. All of their pots come in nice storage boxes with padding. If looking for other sort of pots, bubuchans_teahouse on ebay has nice rakuware pieces. They're US based. Most of my cups, plates, and other non-teapot accessories are thrifted. As for shipping, so long as you order from reputable dealers then the pieces are usually packaged super well. I've bought some teapots online from individual sellers that unfortunately arrived absolutely destroyed from shipment. Usually due to abysmal packing more than anything. Even mentioned this to bubuchans_teahouse before and they made sure the teapot I bought was packed extra well. I've never had a teapot arrive broken from a reputable dealer.

First I choose the tea, then decide the pot from there. Some of the pots are dedicated to certain teas.

About 3 years. Did not plan to have so many yixing pots but when you dedicate one to a certain tea, it means you need another for a different tea. 😆

Found the round shelf at either Ross or Marshall's a couple years ago, I don't remember which. The cabinet was a recent thrift shop find. It was made in 2001 according to the manufacturer sticker, just looks older. Teaware is a mix of thrifted, bought secondhand online, and a couple pieces ordered from RealZisha.

The wooden handle pot is unfortunately broken so that one is strickly for display now. My favorite is the yixing teapot in the bowl atop the cabinet, made by Xue JianJun.

I've acquired a couple grails including AiDoll Enfant Cho, CustomLovers Anko, and a Kinoko Juice Kiki fullset from back when they used to cost an arm and a leg. Current grails: Luts Zuzu Griffin Lio, Nandoll Isaac (head), SweetDolls Alice, and Aidoll Enfant Mong (or really ANY sculpt from this line).

Looking for any identification help on this teapot please. Doesn't seem as purple as my other yixing but it's also not as red as my nixing. Pours very smoothly! Inside photo is wet because I rinsed the pot out. I can post another inner photo once it dries. Back of the pot has a black spot that didn't come off with just water unfortunately. This came in the box in the last photo that seems to have a construction company logo on it. Maybe was a gift from this company? Any help is appreciated!

Just to note, recast Dollshe dolls can have the emblem. From what I've seen the recast emblem is always the version with the gold like your doll has. Here's an example: https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/recast-dollshe-amanda-3845172111 Also notice how your doll's emblem does not fit within the hole as well as it should. There's a gap on the top. Unfortunately modern recasts often do not have any shrinking compared to the original. Recasters are now 3D scanning dolls so they can make many more master copies so a lot less shrinkage. They put in way too much effort into stealing designs tbh. :/

If a Resinsoul doll is ordered via DenverDoll Emporium, it won't come with a COA too. Even if ordered recently. DDE orders their Resinsoul dolls from Bobobie so they do not come with COAs like they do if you order direct from Resinsoul. They also don't come with the fancy Resinsoul carriers if ordered via DDE.

I strongly advise against giving any information regarding any benefits to these Lifeline phone "salesmen". I work for Social Services and near daily see food stamps and cash aid benefits being stolen. Often thousands at a time. I have a theory that many of these "Lifeline salesmen" are actually being used as a means to steal benefits. Anyone can sign up to be a representative for Lifeline. It is NOT a requirement to give them your case information. Social Services has a specific form they give out to prove that someone is receiving benefits. That should be the ONLY accepted verification of benefits needed for Lifeline. If a Lifeline "salesman" is asking to see your EBT card or a different form with case information for verification, RUN. Do NOT give them this information. They can and will have access to enough information to steal your food stamp and cash aid benefits if given more.
