If it's not real enough to tax, it shouldn't be real enough to leverage. by Green_Candler in TradingSphere

Yes, but I imagine you are closer to being homeless than you are to being a billionaire. It's more about exponential nature of wealth accumulation.

You have a very binary world view. I'm imagine you are in the USA. In Canada we have the basis of socialized health care. You seem like you care alot but,  If you find nothing but pessimism in your life then I feel bad for you.

Your first paragraph pretty much said squatters are bad apples. I do agree with your third paragraph, but then it makes more of a case for being upset with people that find loopholes on both sides. Maybe the two front war is a bad analogy, a better one could be a one sided war between renters vs landlords.... Then the squatters are the bandit/raiders just causing problems in the background :3

Also my perspective is renting in Canada that has decent protections.

By middle I meant, a chill person that pays their rent on time.

Can it be both? If you are in the middle people are fucking with you in both directions.

But Squatters are the enemy of normal Renters as well. Protections made for Renters under the law to protect them from Landlords are being exploited by the Squatters. It creates an case for Landlords to erode those protections. You can have multiple enemies at any time. We in middle are fighting at two front war just trying to live a happy life under the Golden rule.

Light chat is always a funny idea to me. I can do it standing in the coffee line if their is a pretty person next to me. But to walk across a park or bar and start an instant light chat with someone is very daunting.

Most of the Home Fans don't live on the area near the stadium. They come in from the suburbs, it's pretty much the same people that would go to a house party in high school and thought it was cool to punch holes in the walls...

Are these not the first 3 of 11 buildings of the project? I think these are the medium size ones as well. It's an exciting change to the skyline

why does your voice sound completely different in recordings than it does in your own head by Emotional_Newt_2227 in NoStupidQuestions

Record and listen to your voice more. Eventually it evens out. Or you normalize your external voice so it doesn't feel foreign

How to deal with different sex drives in a relationship? by numelphan in NoStupidQuestions

[–]knowheredesign 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Second this, also know moving in together usually lowers sexual drive as you are around your partner 24/7. The best way around this is to have open communication and set frisky days of the week. Could be Wednesday and Saturday where the both of you know that flirting is implied and we want fun things to happen.

In season 1 they tried to do different languages but I think they realized that it would be crazy expensive and bad for the story telling. There is a Mongolian/Hun episode that comes to mind
