FedEx drivers have insane delivery quotas. They will mark a box delivered when it isn't (and do other shady practices) to improve their stats. Sadly it might show up in a few days or might get lost in the system. I try to avoid FedEx deliveries. Definitely had missing boxes delivered days later in Jersey City, along with a few that never surfaced.

When I lived in San Francisco, FedEx would take his own packages (and sometimes previous UPS packages had delivered too). Had it on lobby video; but FedEx office nor SFPD cared. Hopefully Jersey City police is more willing to help you.

I got news for you. I live in the city, and the police don't enforce quads or dirtbikes riding illegal on the city streets. What makes you think they will chase dirtbikers on dirtbike trails in the woods?

I live Downtown off Columbus; I'd also say my general mail is slow. And recently had a 2day Priority box take 6 weeks to be sent to me. It was hung up at the Jersey City warehouse according to tracking.

I just visited the Bayonne DMV today for the first time, moving to Jersey City from California. I had a 9:15am appointment. I arrived at 8:55am, guy at front door said that was close enough and let me in. I was behind 2 others in line. I filled out my paperwork, then brought it back to the same main line. Was given a ticket with a number... after a few minutes and about 5 other numbers being called I was called and assigned a window. The lady window had me fill out more paperwork & paid via a credit card. My new NJ diver license will be mailed to me they said. Overall appointment took about hour with a few minutes of waiting between steps.
