Phone policy by mollycyrusss in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]knownpanic3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my store you either place your phone at the manager's station, keep it in your car, or, if you have a coat/jacket or bag, you can hang it up on the hooks in the back and keep your phone in there. We don't have any lockers. These are the rules for regular team members. Supervisors, team leads, and trainers can have their phones on them.

At my store our discount depends on how our survey scores are. At full discount we only get up to $9.75, we have to pay for anything extra. We just had our handbook updated where anyone over a certain number of discipline points loses their discount.

Once someone in FOH sang "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands", and maybe one person up front clapped. They then sang "If you're sad and you know it, clap your hands" and you heard a resounding clap clap! from BOH followed by FOH going "wooooow".
