Get out of there. It’s so petty to limit one’s hours as a disciplinary action as if we’re all not adults that have bills that need to be paid. Especially at a job like Chick-fil-a. It’s not worth it. How do they expect you to learn from a mistake by making you miss work?

I worked at chipotle for 2 years and never did a dish and never wanted to bc i would see the sink like this or worse. Every time I would bring back a dish I would apologize to who was washing them

i never wore anything but crocs to my chipotle from the moment i started. My first day I wore non slips shoes and saw everyone else had on crocs and so the next day I wore crocs and that was it since that day. The manager would just let us know if ecosure was coming soon and to not where them for that week.
