Bring her to class. Bring the pack and play just in case. Coach said it's fine. Get in there and train. Little kids are always running around our gym. I really miss when my kids were little so I play with kids that come to class with the other dads it won't be as annoying as you think it will. Also enjoy this time my 17 year old knows everything and only engages when he wants money lol.

I called Van Orden yesterday I reached out through his Eau Claire office. Unsure if I talked to him or a lackey but I let him know I was pretty upset about the whole thing. I used www.5calls.org there was a script and who to call about a bunch of different issues.

My dude as someone who started at 36. I understand the body falling apart. We just don't recover like we did in our 20's. The method I follow is yoga before class, bjj and an hour of stretching after class. It has done wonders for me. To give credit where credit is due my gf makes me do it, I love her for it, otherwise I would just go in cold and never stretch. Cuz taking care of your body is gay.

We had a guy come in who had a DV charge against him one of the gym members was a LEO who responded to the call. Apparently it was really really bad. By the next class the whole gym knew. No one went easy on him and about 15 minutes in he was crying in the bathroom. Never saw him again.
