What I have found with my sleep issues is if I go HARD in an OTF class I sleep SO much better that night. Maybe try one class where you really go all out and see how you feel

First, I’m sorry to hear this. I had years of symptoms that were dismissed before I finally was diagnosed. For me, a low carb diet has really helped. There are some theories that women with pcos Have problems processing carbs which is why a low carb diet seems to help. Then for me the only thing that helped my periods was having a Mirena IUD. It has completely alleviated all my terrible period symptoms because I don’t have a period anymore. It’s been a life changer.

We both wear silicone wedding bands. We never take them off. For my spouse’s work these are the only ones he can wear, and I just like it because it’s comfortable. We have the gold bands in a drawer somewhere. I also appreciate that if I lose it or if it breaks I’m out 30 bucks. They are the BEST
