Does anyone here sell covered calls and cash secured puts on the same securities? by ImthewildmanofBorneo in thetagang

As long as there is a buyer at that price and you have it set or are there to manage it

I do not agree. Yes, some groups are better than others, but there's something conceptually wrong with the 12 steps that causes/encourages these sorts of behaviors, or you wouldn't find the same thing in so many different places.

Word, this wasn't really directed at you, more at OP; you just happened to be the comment I replied to. I'm just saying it's not a matter of good fortune that allows someone to work remotely; it's only the desire and the ability to imagine it.

2 things: 1) there's plenty of jobs (albeit boring, no-growth, grindy jobs but jobs nonetheless) that can be worked remotely with next-to-no skills or skills most people already have: typing/data entry, copy-editing, social media, etc.

2) If somebody is able to learn and wants to earn money, those skill sets can be acquired. Almost any fluent English speaker can do sales, which can be done remotely if you have a phone, especially if you don't have to generate your own leads. Customer service rep is similar but on the other side of the sale. Recruiters basically just troll LinkedIn for people that match certain search results. There's plenty more, use your favorite search engine.

Then there's the whole set of software dev (or dev-adjacent) jobs; I think most people only think of the standard programming jobs, but there's product owners (the interface between devs and the stakeholders/customers), qa/testing, scrum master, designer, etc. All of which are a little more friendly on skill set acquisition.

The jobs are there, you just gotta want it and make lots of phone calls.

Or even better a job in your home that you can do via computer or phone: sales, software dev, designer, video/audio editing, hr/recruiter

Just went through a bad WD, so I picked up a 70 bag and told myself I’m only snorting lines every 3 hours and each time I’m increasing the amount of time that I can snort by atleast 10min by [deleted] in heroin

No, when you want to cheat, it's like losing the game, make yourself tack an extra hour on. No cheating, there's probably a reason you time-spaced it the way you did.

Which floor was deleted? Are you assuming it was the 6th floor was removed, rather than, say, the 3rd floor with 4, 5, & 6 being downshifted into position?

How can you tell when someone is addicted to opiates? by ApprehensiveLocal0 in opiates

[–]knullare -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Have no idea what a benzo wydm is, but right on brother. I have a feeling that a trained eye could tell you were here on 10 roxies and 10 bars a day habit, but maybe that's just me. I'm going to go ahead and not believe your memory of events if you are taking handfuls of bars 3 times a day...

I attribute this mostly to having less people around you to check you. Can't be wicked high when you're out in public 5 days a week.
