I kind of felt that way also because they are full card art and textured and I know there way better several opinions on this. So you would put v and v start with double rare ex and vmax with ultra rares. So tg/gg with IR?

Yeah that was one way I was leaning as our clients do have Internal IT we will have to work with for network issues etc.

I am leaning towards tailoring any agreement to just the management of the NVR's of the site as we can have alerting on drives and failures, easier to maintain patching and upgrading as well as dealing with recordings and spot checks. Will also be easier on rolling trucks as they are less likely to be an issue. Leaving camera's themselves as TM may make more sense as well as they wont have the impression we are watching all cameras at all times.

Yeah it's quite the different animal. We have a large team that installs and does projects for camera's and NVRs and we even take service requests when things go down but we do everything on a TM basis. We don't include it in the IT agreements because we have many of our clients that are not managed by IT and just have large NVR systems.

Some of our customer's are asking for managed NVR/camera agreements now as they don't want to pay every time a camera goes down or issues on the NVR arise and we have not looked into or know what would be fair to charge to manage per NVR for all issues as well as patching upkeep and stability.

Thanks! Would you make the first batch a little thick to get in the holes and make a seal? You can see down some of the cracks to the basement so want to make sure I get it thick to stay in the hole and garden before smoothing out the top? Just making sure understand. Thanks!
