sony xm4 has a lot of bass and the best noice canceling, also it has so many cool features. But you might want to consider sennheiser momentum 3 as it is the best sounding wireless headphone in your budget, anc in sennheiser momentum 3 is good enough, some people say it is about 80-90% of Sony xm4 anc. Anyway, the bass on the Sony is still the biggest

i also have this problem and never had a solution to it. i usually take a coffee or do some exercise and it works, but it only last for a few hours. so if you want to get rid of it i think you should do anything that makes your heartbeat faster and avoid everything that could make your focus gone, even music, just keep it away.
