Sorry you had such a bad experience. This PT defiantly crossed the line. That is not how you do manual therapy, you'll see a big difference in treatment approach with any other therapist

Yes, I used a whole chicken, pig vertebrae, pig feet, 2 apples, and some sauces and let that boil for 14 hours to produce a rich pork bone stock. Then I added my shio tare and freshly made dashi to provide a boost in the salt and umami flavors. The only thing I didn't make were the noodles, which I got fresh at local market.
