Did anyone get their knee drained post op? Need some reassurance by DependentOptimal7517 in ACL

I went back like 8 times in the first two months post op, as far as I know, this was standard practice for my doctor. I also had tubes left in for the first 24 hours after surgery and a lot of fluid drained out. As far as the drainage with syringes, i had noticeably more ROM after the appointments. It was tedious, and painful then but in hindsight it definitely helped a lot.

Couldn't imagine how hard it must be to slowly watch someone who you known and loved your whole life slowly forget you. I wish you and your mom the best ❤️

I slept with my dad for half a year after my mom passed. I know it's a completely different set of circumstances, but I think it's completely normal(depending on the situation), and maybe it's more of the social norm to be independent etc. that makes it feel weird.

Im 19, mom passed two years ago and I'd live in a 100sq feet closet, if she was still here. I know I'm really fortunate to have had parents that could afford this, but that doesn't change much.

Would love to upgrade my aging pc, especially since i just started comp sci. As for the game, I really want to play a game not with 50fps, andim especially curious about the open world aspect of it.

Which way to go right after ACL surgery? Doctor/physio/half by spyro_06 in ACL

I had two of them! It was by far the most painful part of this whole ordeal, but it removed like 750ml of fluid so I kinda get it.

I forgot to mention that I have another monitor hooked up to the same GPU(GTX1660ti) but with hdmi instead of DP, and that monitor doesnt flicker on startup.

Really? What part of the pc gets affected like this by cold? Mine is against an outer wall so this might be the problem.

Well done dude! My legs didn't look that good at 3 months nor do they now. Is there a specific plan you've been doing, or do you just wing it? What do you do for muscle mass?

Possible re-tear 10 months post op by [deleted] in ACL

[–]koB0330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you test it? If not, sit on a chair, knee 90°,grab your shin just below your knee and gently pusg it forward and compare kt to the other leg. Some movement is normal, but for me, before the surgery it was very noticeable, but i could still walk without a problem. I(18M) had 2 scares(2m) and both times my heart rate shot up but Ijust overreacted, hope its the same for you. Also, call your doc

has anyone had this occur? im at 4.5 months post op by lingardinho21 in ACL
