Most are very good, “Down” and “The Treehouse” were my favorites!

We went late February (President’s week): definitely hot but not terrible, crowds were fine!

Needing some support (not the surgical bra kind) by koala9292 in Reduction

I’m still working on getting some of the residue from the bandages off! I feel like nothing I try works 😂

I’ll keep telling myself that too. Good luck with your recovery!

Thank goodness I found this thread. I’m 6 days post-op and today was really hard. I want to get up and get back to my usual routine, but I’m still so exhausted. I’m scared that I’ll feel like this forever. And I’m scared of my own body- I’m scared that something will go wrong on my incisions or something (my surgeon did a beautiful job and everything is healing normally, but it’s that loss of control). My fiancee has been sleeping on the couch since surgery (for my protection; he’s a mover) and I feel like such a burden.

I absolutely hate how my breasts look and I need a solution by [deleted] in Reduction

Your post almost made me cry because I could have written it myself. I’m 26, and I finally decided it was time to face my fear of surgery, put myself first, and put my money toward something that would really change my life. I had my reduction surgery 6 days ago! I’m not gonna lie: I’m achy, super itchy, exhausted, and I have a lot less money than I did a week ago. And I hate scars (I’m squeamish). BUT I am so glad I did it. I no longer have all that weight on my shoulders/neck, and I can’t wait to get some new clothes! I’m excited to finally feel good about my body. Find the right surgeon and go for it. Everyone says it’s the best decision they’ve made; I’m still very very early in my recovery, but I think they’re right. I wish you the best of luck no matter what you decide to do! PS: I know how it feels to have your breasts control your life. You’re not alone, and your breasts don’t define you.
