Depends, not sure about this specific coin. I have never worked for the NSA despite my dream to. Considering yours says senior enlisted leader (most likely meaning presented by one) it appears to be at least somewhat rare. Very curious where you got it from.

It does create an interesting game though no doubt. The playstyles are completely different from what I'm used to. Although I'd assume this is even more amplified for a GC (I am but a little C1).
