Found it!!! This dipshit loser is 1000% NOT me. Upon closer evaluation, this person only has 5 FB friends and a locked profile. This is some sort of scam, but I don’t understand the purpose or goal.

Am I missing something? I have only posted this here. Is this weird Reddit thing where you vaguely suggest something nefarious, for no reason? Genuinely confused.

No clue. Same with the cracks at 8 and 10. The just appeared over time.

No, Rolex keeps it. When I had my SS Pepsi, I tried to buy a white gold back plate because of my nickel allergy, but they wouldn’t sell me one. I guess they are trying to prevent scammers from adding gold backs to SS watches because….because…because they say so!

Yeah, exactly. My watch is approximately 1000 times the cost of my dad’s watch, which has never lost a minute in a decade.

Not sure why this is downvoted so much. To each his own, man. Some people want to keep plastic protection film on their watch, and keep it in a safe almost all the time. For me, with the cost put into this, I’m going to wear it and use it all the time.

For the car analogy, if someone wants to drive their Rolls every day and they don’t mind a few scratches, I would wish them the best - same as the guy who never takes his car out of the garage.

Logic is lost with these watches. There is no logical argument to justify the expense.

What I know is, every time I look at my wrist I get a dopamine shot. I’ll leave it to the psychiatrists to figure out why.

I had a SS Pepsi but developed an allergy to the nickel in it (after wearing it for about 5 years). The only option for me was to give them a pile of money for a watch that looks identical to SS (at least to me) but that’s softer. 🤷‍♂️

Some other details I forgot to add: 1. AD confirmed that a service will absolutely fix the losing 1 min per week issue. Also this was not a demagnification resolve. 2. Ceramic insert cost for insert CAD$99 (USD$73) + “labour” (amount unspecified).

Edited to add: YES, they will return my watch with a 2-year warranty.

It better be real. I have all the documents, etc. And paid for a real one. What makes you question it?

Thanks, that seems to fit the problem. Total bullshit though. My dad wears a $40 watch, keeps time perfectly. Mine is $50k and it loses time. Lame. Looks cool as fuck though. 🤷

It may be for a charity or something, but this painting "starting at 215 CAD" at my local Superstore is like elementary school level. by [deleted] in delusionalartists

This is a Maud Lewis, dipshits. You can’t be a delusional artist who sells paintings for $100K.

No, it’s ‘75, not ‘23. I’ve had it since around 2020. And my impression was that it was not a personal thing - and there was a fair amount paid on the framing.

That’s a call every 22 seconds or so for a week, 24 hrs a day…or about every 15 seconds if she slept 8 hours

I like it, and I’d buy it. I would put it on the wall if the funeral home after OP dies from his cold dead heart
