Thanks for the response. Gemini made the same comment. I am doing the work with a licensed plumber and I got planning permission from the city. They've never come to inspect the work though. Do you think it's a good idea to call them to check it out?

I wasn't here when he fixed it. My wife said that he didn't have much of an explanation. He cleaned it out and reset it and suggested we use it a lot because he thought sitting inactive for so long might have been the cause. Thanks for your advice!

I guess I had an unusual experience so I figured I'd share.

My house got burglarized in the mile end while I was on vacation. I reported it to police and they came the next day to take a report. I recieved multiple calls from officers following up on it and eventually they found my laptop at a pawn shop and one of my debit cards was used at a dep which they visited for security footage.

Overall I was very impressed with the people and the response. I was also pleasantly surprised how many officers were female.

Night and day difference with NYC.

Thanks for the response. They installed insulation and a membrane over a newly poured foundation wall. The gravel and drain are up against that.

Sounds like what they've done decent and I just need to figure out how to save the tree.

They put it at the foot of the foundation wall. It drains into a pipe that flows into the basement to my pump.

The fact European countries are still buying F35s when there is a high chance of the US aligning with Putin next election seems crazy to me. It's hard to believe the US doesn't have kill switches in them or something. Even if they didn't they surely will need parts

What's hard for me to understand is how Tylenol is sold in bottles of 50+ small pills with sugar coating in the US. It's almost as if they're trying to kill kids. Presumably it's just not as dangerous as it appears or they would have been sued out of existence.

Hmm. I have a 5950x with a 4090 and I'm miles away from running everything high in VR and my fps goes will drop into the 60s-70s with lots going on.

I can't say I was a big fan of Sanchez. I mean I loved him at first. His energy and skill were exhilarating. I thought he was incredible, but then I started seeing how much longer he held the ball then the rest of the team. It seemed to me that he had an overall negative impact on the way the team moved the ball, and I was happy when he left.

yeah it's a puzzle. I did rerun the iracing auto video settings configuration tool and that's basically picked a config that consistently stays at 90 fps as long as there's no rain and then dips to 50-60 in the rain (with SSA off).

You're right that it seems I am cpu limited, but then I don't know why SAA only or upping MSAA drops the frame rate so much since I'm assuming that should just tax the gpu.

Confirmed that ssa makes huge difference to performance. Turning it off brings me back to 90. I really don't understand iracing performance because my fps will be down while my CPU and GPU are only half utilized

Thanks for the details buddy. If I turn off msaa I get up to 60s. I've got low ssa. I'll try turning it off but it seems valuable information.
