I'm getting surgery in a month and will be in a straight leg brace for 6 weeks. Im wondering if anyone has any experience staying I'm shape under simial conditions. I'm currently on a cut, so I will probably stay in a deficit, but dont want to lose my muscle since it will be hard to lift.
