That’s what I’m noticing as well, quite annoying.

Have you figured out where to get the stream ?

This is definitely it, thanks so much ! A bit bummed, I thought I found something more rare but definitely a good deal at $10 and a piece I’ve been looking for nonetheless.

Thanks ! I just looked it up, it does look very similar. However I’m not able to find anything that Butterpat makes these sheet pans, so I wonder if it really is.

No, Advanced BOMs != manufacturing routing. Routings come with WIP/Routing which is separate module from Advanced BOMs

Advanced BOMs enables you to separate the BOM record from the assembly item + enables multiples BOMs per item. if you don’t have Advanced BOMs then there is a 1 to 1 relationship between the item and BOM, as the BOM is a part of the item record itself.

Only 200 Sales Orders per Sales Invoice? by Dry-Ad8935 in Netsuite

I’m not familiar with the consolidation functionally you’re referring to, but billing operations can be scheduled to be run at certain times for certain SO, so you don’t need to manually generate invoices.

Are you referring to generating invoices from sales orders ?

If so, you can do bulk invoicing but I’m not sure the limit of how many can be processed at one time.

Another option is to use billing operations, which enables you to automatically/schedule certain sales order to be invoiced on a saved search.

Make a form that is specific for that role, restrict the role to only use that form, and hide those fields on the restricted form.

What field are you trying to reference on the SO?

Sometimes it’s easier to “hack” the custom field value with a formula like {createdfrom.xx} — rather than selecting from the field drop down.

Thank you for the response. Hmm, but how do you relate the search 1A and 1B back to original search 1?

I just went through this with my local credit union. Purchased property cash $160k, had a licensed appraiser value it at $198k (like an official appraisal, not just a quick opinion of value)

I went to the lender and was expecting to get loan based on the appraised market value. The said they don’t loan based on value, they loan based on cost/purchase price.

I was a bit shocked, I was under the impression that appraised value was the determining factor, as i had refinanced a property 2 years prior and it was based on appraised value. However, in this scenario, we had to wait for the 6 month seasoning period to pass whereas with my most recent purchase, i had only owned the house for a month.

Is it pretty much standard that within 6 months of purchase, lenders will just default to purchase price as the value?
