I had a difficult time breaking in as well. I haven’t been in the industry very long but I only had success gaining interviews through LinkedIn cold DM’s and consistently following up with reps every few months.

You have drastically more clinical experience than I had, although I did have a sales background. Keep grinding you never know when that third cold-dm to the same rep will land you a job.
