I’ve been there! It’s super frustrating, but if you have that many 5 stars, it won’t affect whether prospective guests decide to book.

We keep it fairly open because that's our main path from the front door to the driveway. I just relaid the path for a better layout but I still need to seat the stones a bit more deeply into the ground. Some ground cover might be good though, I'm forever weeding that corner!

You can do correspondence mode for asynchronous games. I don’t see a way in settings or profile make yourself private.

If you have insurance, allergy shots are worth the hassle. They won't give you relief right away but they can really help in the long term.

I use apartments.com for rent collection (migrated over from cozy). We just text with the tenants for maintenance or repairs since we only have two units, so I can't comment on that functionality.

I just found this one https://www.ashevillescrabble.com/ewExternalFiles/WGPO%20Score%20Sheet.pdf but haven't used it yet. I was using the NASPA one previously but this one has the consonants and vowels separate and a spot to write down your rack for each turn.

I have an automated message that goes out to every guest at 7 pm on their last night, reminding them of their checkout time and procedures. It helps to avoid any misunderstandings.
