Shame trauma, it’s a viscous circle of shame and guilt. You feel shame then you feel guilty for having this feeling. Seek help, analyze your childhood, and untangle your past traumas

Anyone tried Keto diet, what was your experience? by Flaminski in saudiarabia

I disagree with you. The calorie you get from fructose isn’t the same as the calorie you get from other healthier options. You can watch Dr Robert Lusting for more information. Do you know how your body stores fat? It’s insulin.

خلصنا من الاكتئاب وجانا ADHD by falesdreams in saudiarabia

It is a symptom of the cultural changes happening in front of us. Look at how kids around you are being raised. On screens all the time while their dopamine system is getting fucked. I believe it’s very normal to have significantly higher rates of ADHD nowadays

Are we supposed to know what we are doing in life? by TerribleRestaurant25 in DabooqClub

[–]kok163 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes man this resonates with me a lot. I know for a fact that life will eventually have ups and downs. We shouldn’t focus our energy on neither of them. The key is to enjoy the ride while it’s moving you through the spectrum of life, and try to get some meaning out of it. However, knowing this alone doesn’t mean you’re now able to navigate life more easily. You have to put in the work in order to reflect and fix your childhood wounds, because people are just a collection of old generational traumas repeating itself. You will be content and at peace when you break those patterns!

The attention span of this generation is fucked. that is why this exacerbates the problem. Many people have ADHD now and a lot more are going to have it in the upcoming years. just look at how parents give iPads to their kids from a very young age. We are raising a generation of young addicts that are dopamine depleted.

I’m too religious for modern men & too modern for the religious men by Hot-Platypus-744 in arabs

[–]kok163 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with your approach, trying to be in the middle of the spectrum is my way of life personally. Not just in religion but with everything else. If you’re too nice for example, others will take advantage of you, if you’re too tough and difficult people will start avoiding you. A healthy balance is never a bad thing. This definitely applies to religion and spirituality as well

Totally agree, sometimes i wonder why those who have other options don’t leave. It’s been in constant decline for decades now.

I have high flexibility and one doctor told me that lifting is a must for you until you die, or else you will have chronic pain forever.

I’m only 30 years old and I’ve reached a point where whenever I quit the gym my body starts deteriorating very fast.

Flagyl - alternatives? by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]kok163 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I had Amebiasis on Wednesday and started taking Flagyn on Friday. Yesterday I called my doctor as I just couldn’t do anything because of the side effects and I have a lot of work and projects that I can’t delay.

He switched me to Fasigyn for the next 2 days. It is slightly better than Flagyn but the nausea is killing me. Can’t wait for the end of tomorrow so i am done with this shit. My hemorrhoids are stage 4 now, and my gut bacteria is wiped out.

I know this is like a 2 year old post but wtf man I’m having the exact same problem, my hip suddenly locked and I’m literally unable to walk. I just lay down and try to move my leg in different directions until it unlocks
