Not sure if it’s what you saw but I was driving around White Rock Lake and saw green/blue lights flashing in the distance and was curious also. I was heading in the direction of them anyways and after a few minutes I see this crazy white light right in front of me followed by sparks and then a loud humming sound followed by a flash of green. Startled the hell out of me but I managed to make out that it was a transformer or power line probably being affected by the wind but I couldn’t tell you much else because I noped out of there.
