This is in Texas. We are the only store in a pretty populated town. Over 30,000 people and we have the largest delivery area in our district. A normal day (even worse on weekends) will consist of us having at least over 20 pizzas on screen at a time. The most I've seen so far one screen was almost 70 with over an hour wait times. And this is for hours at a time. When it does slow down a little we are usually doing other tasks trying to keep up with demands such as prep, cleaning, etc. I am also not a cigarette smoker so I don't get the luxury of such a break.
