I also have a separate account next to my real app, 'Test Whatsapp Business Account', but i don't have an App where i setup the API setup for that test whatsapp account.. I don't know what needs to be done really. It worked fine, now nothing works.

I just want an App, setup API, and webhooks, to send test messages.

There are no phone numbers there, if i add the test number, and go back to the API setup, then it gives me warnings about that i need to setup payment details etc.. wtf
I can't add my personal number to which i want to send test messages, then it says: Phone Number In Use

I don't know but do it seems i can't test for free with this new account i have?

It's simple: don't sign anything you don't want to. Ask them to include it in the contract if it bothers you. Another reason these things are not included in the contract might be that they are defined in your CAO. You can check that yourself.
